About the role
- Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries
- Process payroll files: collect variable payroll data, prepare payslips and social security declarations
- Handle employee administration from onboarding to offboarding
- Advise the firm's clients
Requirements
- Education: diploma equivalent to Bac+2/+3 (2–3 years post-secondary education)
- Experience in payroll processing
- Proven ability to prepare payslips and social security declarations
- Proficient with computer tools and software (Microsoft Office)
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Adherence to professional ethics
- Knowledge of SILAE software is a plus
