About the role

  • You will manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors
  • Processing payroll files for a diverse client base
  • Collecting variable payroll data required to produce payslips
  • Preparing social security declarations for clients covered by multiple collective bargaining agreements
  • Managing employee administration from onboarding to offboarding
  • Advising the firm's clients

Requirements

  • Education: Bac+2/+3 or equivalent (2–3 years of higher education)
  • Knowledge of payroll processing
  • Proficiency in preparing payslips and filing social security declarations
  • Proficiency with computer tools and software (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
  • Rigour in applying procedures and strong attention to detail
  • Respect for professional ethics applicable to the profession (analytical skills, client satisfaction orientation)
  • Knowledge of SILAE payroll software is an asset
