About the role
- You will manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors
- Processing payroll files for a diverse client base
- Collecting variable payroll data required to produce payslips
- Preparing social security declarations for clients covered by multiple collective bargaining agreements
- Managing employee administration from onboarding to offboarding
- Advising the firm's clients
Requirements
- Education: Bac+2/+3 or equivalent (2–3 years of higher education)
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Proficiency in preparing payslips and filing social security declarations
- Proficiency with computer tools and software (Microsoft Office)
- Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
- Rigour in applying procedures and strong attention to detail
- Respect for professional ethics applicable to the profession (analytical skills, client satisfaction orientation)
- Knowledge of SILAE payroll software is an asset
