About the role

  • Assist a Payroll Manager (PM) in processing their payroll portfolio
  • Liaise with external agencies
  • Input and record payroll variables
  • Monitor payroll automation processes
  • Prepare payroll output documents
  • Perform post-payroll data extractions
  • Record analytical payroll entries
  • Save documents in the electronic document management system (EDMS)

Requirements

  • Diploma equivalent to Bac+2/Bac+3 (2–3 years of higher education)
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in an accounting firm
  • Knowledge of payroll processing
  • Proficiency in preparing payslips and managing social declarations
  • Proficiency with IT tools and software (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong team spirit
  • Rigour in following procedures
  • Respect for professional ethics applicable to the profession (analytical ability, client service orientation)
  • Knowledge of SILAE software is an asset
