About the role
- Assist a Payroll Manager (PM) in processing their payroll portfolio
- Liaise with external agencies
- Input and record payroll variables
- Monitor payroll automation processes
- Prepare payroll output documents
- Perform post-payroll data extractions
- Record analytical payroll entries
- Save documents in the electronic document management system (EDMS)
Requirements
- Diploma equivalent to Bac+2/Bac+3 (2–3 years of higher education)
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in an accounting firm
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Proficiency in preparing payslips and managing social declarations
- Proficiency with IT tools and software (Microsoft Office)
- Strong team spirit
- Rigour in following procedures
- Respect for professional ethics applicable to the profession (analytical ability, client service orientation)
- Knowledge of SILAE software is an asset
