About the role
- Lead all commercial activities on large-scale infrastructure projects under NEC4 Option C.
- Oversee cost planning, value engineering, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations through effective contract administration.
- Provide commercial insight and input into key strategic decisions.
- Support pre-contract and post-contract activities including tenders, subcontractor procurement, and pricing strategies.
- Manage change control processes, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports.
- Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to drive commercial performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager on major infrastructure or utilities projects.
- In-depth understanding of NEC4 Option C contracts.
- Extensive knowledge of utility and road infrastructure sectors.
- Strong familiarity with Design & Build (D&B) contract environments.
- Ability to work full-time on site in the Dublin region.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
