About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handling incoming requests: receiving client inquiries (calls, emails, etc.)
  • Responding to all partner/client requests
  • Acting as the interface between vendors/publishers and partners
  • Preparing quotes
  • Sending required documentation (technical, administrative, etc.)
  • Monitoring, following up on, and managing client quotes
  • Tracking and supervising handled cases through to completion (deliveries, payments, etc.)
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system (NetSuite)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a similar role
