About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with maintenance and configuration of internal infrastructure including computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
Install hardware and software on endpoints or mobile devices
Actively resolve problems with computer and mobile devices
Support day-to-day operation of technology or telecommunication devices
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests in line with SLAs
Promote excellent customer service and improve customer experience
Report to Global Helpdesk Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in relevant IT field or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Good knowledge in Windows and Macintosh clients
Experience and understanding of Intune and Jamf for device management
Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
Good understanding of Active Directory
Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and connectivity
Experience in user remote support
Mobile device support understanding
Excellent organization skills
Excellent communication skills in English
High level of attention to detail
