• Manage event logistics end-to-end: scheduling, venue/online setup, vendor coordination, materials, and participant communications.
• Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to align events with business development objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report on event outcomes (attendance, engagement, ROI).
• Support the preparation of presentations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
• Ensure all activities comply with company brand and regulatory standards.
• Travel frequently to attend, coordinate, and oversee local and international events and activities.
