About the role
- Handle all customer inquiries by phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs
- Provide accurate information about products, procedures, and services
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries according to customers' needs and requirements
- Document and monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Enjoy working on the phone and have a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
- Team player, but also able to work independently
- Flexible, reliable, and committed
- Fluent in Polish and strong written and verbal skills in English or German
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook)
