About the role

  • Collect, clarify, and document business requirements.
  • Support functional understanding of data flows and in vitro applications.
  • Perform functional testing on new VITRO product features.
  • Conduct quality checks on the VITRO database and ensure data integrity.
  • Write and update user guides, training materials, and business rules (FR/EN).
  • Maintain documentation for deployments (DEV / UAT / PROD).
  • Review and validate Master Data imported into different environments.
  • Track changes and ensure consistency across versions.
  • Apply data integrity rules and follow directives provided by internal Data Management leads.
  • Collaborate with Agile product teams and contribute to sprint activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in data management and preclinical or in vitro settings.
  • Knowledge of preclinical research, referential systems (MDM and non‑MDM).
  • Strong IT skills including: Excel (advanced) and SQL (good working knowledge).
  • Master’s degree in scientific or technical domain.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
