About the role
- Ensure staff deliver services on time, with high quality standards and within agreed budget
- Manage, evaluate, develop and retain supervised staff
- Assess resource requirements, allocate team members and coordinate activities; responsible for resourcing and planning
- Ensure supervised staff are adequately trained and comply with Excelya and client SOPs, policies, guidelines, and regulations
- Identify training needs and collaborate with Human Resources and QA for training implementation
- Assist in audits and inspections and prepare CAPA plans; support CAPA implementation
- Escalate quality issues to Head of department and QA
- Ensure supervised staff meet expected study timelines and deliverables within the agreed budget
- Support direct reports with issue resolution and study risk management plans
Requirements
- Over 6 years in the clinical research area
- Experience in managing people, planning activities and identifying risks as study team member
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Understanding of project financials, project management practices and terminology
- Ability to organize resources, task oriented with time management skills
- Proficient computer skills
- University or College graduate (bachelor's degree in life and/or health sciences is preferred)
- Fluency in English and Greek language
