About the role
- Payroll & HR Administration
- Collect and validate variable payroll elements (overtime, bonuses, absences, leave, etc.)
- Prepare and transmit payroll data to the external payroll provider
- Review and validate payslips before distribution to employees, ensuring legal and contractual compliance
- Manage social declarations and liaise with external bodies (URSSAF, pension funds, health insurance, provident schemes)
- Monitor absences and sick leave, including coordination with CPAM for daily allowance claims (IJSS)
- Support audits and ensure proper follow-up of adjustments
- Draft employment contracts and amendments
- Manage employee departures (offboarding process, final settlement, system updates, archiving)
- Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding payroll, absences, and benefits
- Training
- Collect and consolidate training needs from managers and employees
- Contribute to the annual training plan and skills development strategy
- Manage administrative aspects of training sessions (registrations, logistics, attendance tracking)
- Coordinate with OPCO Atlas: funding requests, follow-ups, agreements, reimbursements
- Monitor the training budget and produce dashboards and reports (completion rates, KPIs)
- Communicate about training schemes (CPF, VAE, mandatory training) and advise employees on development pathways
- Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to continuous improvement of training processes
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field
- First experience or solid background in payroll and HR administration
- Comfortable working with outsourced payroll providers
- Good knowledge of French labor law and social regulations
- Interest in training coordination and HR development topics
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and respect for confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Proficient in HR tools and MS Office (Excel in particular)
- French fluency required; English is a plus in an international context
