About the role
- Providing prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support in French and English via chat, email, and other channels
- Guiding users through the features and functionalities of our platform and educating them when needed
- Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service and communication
- Actively gathering and sharing customer feedback, working closely with product and development teams to improve the user experience
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and contributing ideas to improve engagement and loyalty
- Working in shifts, including late and night shifts
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, support, or another client-facing role
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Quick learner, comfortable working with complex systems and explaining them clearly to users
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping people
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
