About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide individual and group counseling to clients and their families
- Provide therapy in a safe, non-judgmental environment
- Deliver high-quality therapy, including evidence-based practices when possible
- Complete intakes for clients accessing services
- Collaborate with the VIEW team to enhance client care
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and updates
- Review client progress and provide ongoing therapy

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field
- Licensed and certified through the Washington State Department of Health as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT; Associates required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Empathy and ability to build trust with clients
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clinical and counseling professionals
- Dedication to reducing stigma surrounding mental health and substance use
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be local to the Spokane area
- Willingness and ability to work in virtual and in-person programs based on program or agency need
