Key responsibilities & impact

Play a key role in advancing Excelsior University's workforce development strategy
Expand partnerships with state workforce agencies and local workforce development boards
Support the identification, development, and execution of workforce aligned opportunities
Ensure workforce initiatives are compliant, scalable, and responsive to employer needs
Assist in developing and executing the end-to-end process for securing and maintaining WIOA eligibility
Represent Excelsior University in meetings, at conferences, and in advisory groups

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college/university
At least three to five years in a related workforce development role.
Ability to establish and build relationships with key decision makers
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Workforce funding models and programs, including WIOA
Strong project management experience
Ability to excel working fully remote or hybrid in a professional, private, and quiet workspace managing multiple priorities
