• Responsible for leading and directing all of the human resources functions
• Setting strategic direction in talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee relations
• Collaborates with executive leadership to define long-term mission and goals
• Serves as a trusted advisor to the President on matters related to human capital
• Leads a team of human resources professionals
• Oversees the Human Resources unit budget and ensures compliance
• Provides continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Office of Human Resources
