About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct new customer acquisition and consultation calls.
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers via multiple channels (email, phone, industry events/trade shows, etc.).
- Analyze the challenges and needs of prospective customers.
- Assist in building digital sales processes.
- Develop and implement digital sales channels to scale our sales process.
- Documentation: prepare and follow up on conversations and track metrics to optimize activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You live in Germany and hold German citizenship.
- Education or current studies in one of the following areas: Marketing, Market Research, Economics or Business Administration (e.g., BWL/VWL), Communication Studies, Business Psychology, or a commercial apprenticeship / comparable qualification.
- Positive mindset and perseverance.
- Preferably some initial work experience in sales (not required).
- Open, articulate personality.
- Eagerness to learn more about sales and to pursue further training.
- Independent and structured working style with a hands-on mentality.
- Availability for 3–6 months (part-time possible).
