About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and publish marketing copy across various social media platforms
- Support the further development of the company website and landing pages
- Conduct online research
- Carry out market research surveys
- Assist with LinkedIn profile branding
- If applicable, assist with the learning management system (LMS): e.g., help set up e‑learning courses according to instructions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education or current studies in one of the following fields: Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, Psychology, Health Education, Digital Health, Communication Studies, Communication Design, Media Studies, Business Psychology, Sociology, Adult Education, or another psychological, educational, or commercial background
- Willingness to learn a lot and take on varied tasks within a team
- Desire to help build a company
- Some prior work experience
- Values that match the team, i.e., openness, tolerance, reliability, drive to perform, loyalty, sense of responsibility
- Residency in Germany, as occasional in-person meetings will take place in Cologne (but only rarely)
- Availability for 3–6 months (part-time is welcome)
