About the role
- Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities through outbound activities
- Conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Building strong pipelines by identifying and qualifying potential customers
- Maintaining a high volume of daily outbound activity while staying positive and energetic
- Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve shared targets
Requirements
- Fluent German speaker (written and spoken)
- Passionate about new business sales and prospecting
- Hard-working, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable with cold outreach and new business development (training provided)
- Competitive, driven, and a strong team player
- Tech-savvy, with an aptitude for learning CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and stay organised
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
