Key responsibilities & impact

Lead large-scale finance transformation programs
Coordinate across finance, product, and technology teams
Manage program risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep expertise in finance process and operating model transformation
Strong understanding of the EPM landscape
Experience leading Chart of Accounts redesign
Experience establishing program governance
Strong executive communication skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Comfortable engaging with IST time zone on occasion
