About the role

  • Own and drive cross-functional programs with a wide, strategic view.
  • Anticipate risks and blockers, proactively solve problems, manage mitigation strategies, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Lead readiness planning and execution for multiple initiatives, ensuring seamless change adoption.
  • Collaborate with product and communications teams to align on changes and messaging.
  • Oversee development of training, UAT, help content, and SOPs.
  • Monitor post-release performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously optimize change delivery processes for scalability and clarity.
  • Lead change initiatives for a diverse, co-employment workforce.
  • Mentor teams and champion best practices in program delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in operations and program/project management
  • Strategic mindset with high execution and ownership
  • Technical understanding of product lifecycles/release cycles
  • Experience in large-scale change within matrixed organizations, tech environments being a plus
  • Change management experience (preferred)
  • Workforce management and co-employment persona experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Experience with AI tools and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work onsite approximately 1-2 days per week
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
