About the role

  • As a Product Designer (all genders), you will design from the ground up how people collaborate with autonomous AI agents.
  • Design interaction models: Define how people interact with AI agents — asking questions, receiving insights, reviewing results, and making decisions together.
  • Build collaboration spaces: Develop shared interfaces through which human teams and AI agents coordinate logistics tasks via chat, dashboards, and notifications.
  • Establish design foundations: Create the design system, interaction principles, and experience guidelines to ensure consistent agent behavior.
  • Create and validate prototypes: Rapidly turn concepts into prototypes, test them with logistics teams, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Collaborate and communicate: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to solve complex problems and communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively.

Requirements

  • You are an experienced product designer with over 5 years of experience designing digital products (e.g., as a UX Designer), including significant experience with zero-to-one and early-stage products.
  • You have strong visual and interaction design skills and are proficient with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Subframe).
  • You think in AI systems and develop design processes, patterns, and principles from the ground up, with a deep understanding of how autonomous systems, conversational flows, and multi-agent setups work in practice (not just how they look).
  • You are a prototyping and AI enthusiast who turns concepts into prototypes quickly, tests them with users, and leverages AI tools to accelerate discovery and development.
  • You bring an ownership mindset, take responsibility, make confident decisions, and independently drive progress.
