About the role
- Plan and manage Salesforce releases across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production)
- Define release calendars, deployment plans, and rollback strategies
- Coordinate release activities across development, QA, and business teams
- Ensure compliance with release governance and change management processes
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
- Automate build, testing, and deployment processes
- Manage version control strategies using Git-based repositories
- Promote DevOps best practices to improve release quality and speed
- Define environment strategy and refresh schedules
- Manage sandbox provisioning and data seeding strategies
- Ensure environment stability and configuration consistency
- Coordinate environment usage across multiple teams
- Review deployment components for dependencies and risks
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards
- Manage code merge strategies and branching models
- Support technical teams in resolving deployment issues
- Establish release checklists and quality gates
- Track risks, dependencies, and production readiness criteria
- Support SIT and UAT coordination from a release perspective
- Ensure audit compliance and deployment traceability
- Support releases across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Coordinate deployment of configuration, custom code, integrations, and data migrations
- Support FSC-specific releases involving data models and relationship structures
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during releases.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
