About the role

  • Plan and manage Salesforce releases across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production)
  • Define release calendars, deployment plans, and rollback strategies
  • Coordinate release activities across development, QA, and business teams
  • Ensure compliance with release governance and change management processes
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
  • Automate build, testing, and deployment processes
  • Manage version control strategies using Git-based repositories
  • Promote DevOps best practices to improve release quality and speed
  • Define environment strategy and refresh schedules
  • Manage sandbox provisioning and data seeding strategies
  • Ensure environment stability and configuration consistency
  • Coordinate environment usage across multiple teams
  • Review deployment components for dependencies and risks
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards
  • Manage code merge strategies and branching models
  • Support technical teams in resolving deployment issues
  • Establish release checklists and quality gates
  • Track risks, dependencies, and production readiness criteria
  • Support SIT and UAT coordination from a release perspective
  • Ensure audit compliance and deployment traceability
  • Support releases across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • Coordinate deployment of configuration, custom code, integrations, and data migrations
  • Support FSC-specific releases involving data models and relationship structures
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during releases.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
