About the role

  • Delivery Management Own end-to-end delivery of programs and projects across multiple workstreams. Define delivery plans, manage scope, timelines, resources, and risks. Ensure all projects meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Drive best practices, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, design, etc.) to ensure successful execution.
  • Account Management Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders and decision-makers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business goals and challenges. Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of services. Manage client satisfaction and proactively address issues to ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Financial & Operational Oversight Manage project budgets, forecasts, and profitability. Track financial performance of accounts and identify efficiency improvements. Support contract renewals, SOW creation, and invoicing processes. Report key delivery metrics and financials to leadership.
  • Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor project managers, delivery teams, and cross-functional contributors. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric delivery. Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks and escalations promptly.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in delivery management, program management, or account management roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects or multi-account portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and delivery governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L or account-level financial management.
  • Experience in IT services, consulting, or technology-driven environments preferred.
