About the role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice implementations from initiation to production.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Track progress across multiple workstreams including Salesforce development, CTI integrations, data, and testing.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage implementation of Service Cloud Voice, including Omni-Channel Voice, call routing, and agent workflows.
  • Coordinate integration efforts with Amazon Connect or other CTI platforms.
  • Ensure voice interactions are properly captured and linked to Salesforce cases, contacts, and activities.
  • Oversee configuration of Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Entitlements, Knowledge, and SLAs.
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, admins, and vendors.
  • Facilitate technical design discussions and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.
  • Review solution designs, integration approaches, and release plans.
  • Ensure technical dependencies and risks are identified and addressed early.
  • Establish and enforce delivery governance, documentation standards, and sign-off processes.
  • Manage release planning, environment coordination, and deployment activities.
  • Oversee UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
  • Identify risks related to voice, integrations, performance, and scalability, and drive mitigation plans.
  • Plan and manage client demos, showcasing Service Cloud Voice capabilities using realistic, industry-aligned data.
  • Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive communications.
  • Support change management, training coordination, and adoption activities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery or technical project management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and contact center architecture
  • Understanding of CTI/telephony integrations, preferably Amazon Connect
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development, automation (Flows), and integration patterns
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations
  • Strong skills in planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery models
  • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, or Architect – preferred)
  • PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification
  • Experience delivering contact center or voice-enabled CRM solutions
  • Industry experience in Insurance, BFS, Healthcare, or Telecom
