• Manage the entire sales cycle and orchestrate the full spectrum of internal and external resources, from Pre-Sales and Marketing to Partner Managers and Customer Success.
• Balance new logo acquisition with account expansion, while maintaining high standards of data hygiene and pipeline visibility through Salesforce.
• Review pipeline performance, prioritizing a new logo in insurance and a key expansion in retail.
• Prep for joint customer meetings with PreSales Engineer, ensuring alignment on strategy and outcomes.
• Run planning calls with strategic partners to penetrate public sector agencies.
• Focus on prospecting into a target list, turning industry insights into compelling outreach.
• Review Salesforce data hygiene and build a forecast model for the next quarter.
• Share field feedback with Product and join coaching huddles with the CCO.
