Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in operations, healthcare or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience and responsibility in frontend pharmacy processing
- Prior experience in a multi-unit leadership team leading groups of 100 colleagues or more
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
- Expertise in workflow optimization and KPI management
