Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of pharmacy technician patient care and/or fulfillment experience
Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role
Leadership experience in developing training roles or department-specific training initiatives
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Strong instructional design skills
Familiarity with Pharmacy Technician licensing requirements and renewal processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams
