About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate training sessions from short workshops to comprehensive multi-day programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design training lessons and onboarding guides
- Create high-quality training materials for on-site learners

- Conduct assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of pharmacy technician patient care and/or fulfillment experience
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role
- Leadership experience in developing training roles or department-specific training initiatives
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Strong instructional design skills
- Familiarity with Pharmacy Technician licensing requirements and renewal processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams
