About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • organizing evidence generation teams and deliverables to support the product development pipeline
  • drive project, program, and portfolio management experience
  • collaborate with cross-functional partners from operations, IT, lab, R&D, medical, market access, health economics and outcomes research
  • communicate and engage with all levels of Exact Sciences
  • lead and coach multiple efforts and teams
  • develop schedules, budgets, risk management plans, and quality goals
  • maintain detailed program metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • make data-based critical decisions
  • formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects
  • develop and mentor program and project team members
  • evaluate change impact and organizational readiness
  • support development of communications relevant to change initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility of scope and leadership
  • 5+ years of managing and leading large impact, large budget, high risk, client facing, and critical projects
  • 3+ years of experience in leading organizational development and change management
  • 5+ years using Project Management software
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Certification in change management from an accredited organization
