About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on SAP systems design and configuration, as well as upgrades and improvements for SAP technology platforms
Act as a primary support contact for SAP application end-users
Identify and resolve issues in forecasting (IBP) application areas
Perform impact analysis of desired changes and identify areas of improvement
Act as a mentor to junior analysts and support questions
Lead internal process design and documentation to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 12 years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices
Strong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
Experience configuring business systems software in a life science, healthcare, or related industry (preferred)
Ability to architect and provide technical support of SAP systems and related environments such as IBP and Production Planning, and its functionality (preferred)
Understanding of SAP Security architecture and implementation methods (preferred)
Experience in S/4 HANA, SAP cloud Solutions, and Fiori (preferred)
