About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

work on software design, configurations, upgrades, and improvements
identify issues that arise in the Production Planning, Digital Manufacturing and Quality management areas
guide workflow design, build, and test systems
support the application or Project Manager and has responsibility for the scope, schedule, and quality of the software project in relation to the applications
manage and optimize our Digital Manufacturing platform, primarily PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, Quality Management in SAP
lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support
provide excellent support to end-users, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
develop documentation and participate in trainings and work with end users

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 12 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices.
Strong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
