About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

manage, secure, and operate SAP BTP services across enterprise landscapes
responsible for BTP account administration, security, connectivity, service enablement, and platform governance
ensure high availability, compliance, and scalability of SAP cloud solutions
work as a primary support contact for application end-users
perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes
identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance
guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues
create and maintain technical documentation
identify and troubleshoot issues that arise in the application area
work with end-users, provide production support for issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role
demonstrated ability to understand industry best practices
strong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage
proficient in Microsoft Office programs
demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
