About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage a team of up to 6 accounts payable professionals
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of vendor invoices
Oversee invoice processing, payment approvals, vendor management, and month-end close activities
Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes
Generate regular reports and analyses on accounts payable performance
Present findings to senior management and make recommendations for process enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Very strong experience in accounts payable, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Extensive knowledge of accounts payable principles, practices, and procedures
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data
Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving operational excellence in accounts payable functions
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
