About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic and technical leadership for software platforms
- Lead modernization initiatives and manage team performance
- Establish architectural standards and enforce secure coding guidelines
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and internal stakeholders
- Oversee system architecture and champion security-first development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years leading engineering teams (managing managers preferred)
- Experience building software in healthcare or a regulated environment (HIPAA exposure preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong proficiency with .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and modern cloud-ready architectures
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, pipelines, Git, and release management
- Expert-level understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, and web technologies
- Ability to leverage AI tools within engineering workflows
