About the role
- Manage day-to-day recruiting activities across multiple open roles in parallel
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via video calls (e.g., Google Meet / GoToMeeting) to assess communication, professionalism, and people skills
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain strong candidate communication throughout the process
- Support hiring managers with organized shortlists, candidate insights, and process updates
- Work with internal partners to ensure job postings and pipeline operations run smoothly (including use of recruiting platforms like Indeed and its screening tools such as knockout/pre-screening questions)
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, stages, and outcomes in an ATS or tracking system
- Help monitor recruiting performance through key metrics and funnel reporting
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of recruiting experience (in-house, staffing, or RPO)
- English level C1+ (spoken and written) — frequent communication with U.S.-based stakeholders
- Experience supporting the recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate follow-up
- Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to prioritize and keep processes moving
- Comfort using recruiting platforms (Indeed preferred) and basic ATS discipline (notes, stage movement, pipeline tracking)
- Professional and confident communication style
- Nice to Have: Experience supporting U.S.-based hiring or stakeholders; High-volume recruiting exposure (operations, field teams, service roles); Familiarity with onboarding coordination and handoffs to HR
