About the role

  • Own end-to-end delivery of product and technology initiatives, from planning through release
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to execute roadmap priorities
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering and technical teams
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and execution blockers
  • Drive delivery trade-offs related to scope, timelines, and technical constraints
  • Define delivery plans, milestones, and execution tracking
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at different levels
  • Support release planning and delivery cadence across initiatives
  • Act as a key point of alignment between Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations
  • Continuously improve delivery processes and execution practices as the organization scales

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Technical Project Management roles
  • Strong experience delivering software-based products or platforms
  • Proven background working with engineering and product teams
  • Experience managing delivery across multiple teams and complex initiatives
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in execution
  • Strong communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
