About the role
- Own end-to-end delivery of product and technology initiatives, from planning through release
- Partner closely with Product Managers to execute roadmap priorities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering and technical teams
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and execution blockers
- Drive delivery trade-offs related to scope, timelines, and technical constraints
- Define delivery plans, milestones, and execution tracking
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at different levels
- Support release planning and delivery cadence across initiatives
- Act as a key point of alignment between Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations
- Continuously improve delivery processes and execution practices as the organization scales
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Technical Project Management roles
- Strong experience delivering software-based products or platforms
- Proven background working with engineering and product teams
- Experience managing delivery across multiple teams and complex initiatives
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in execution
- Strong communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
