About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Final, timely processing of customer inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Propose solutions for customer concerns

Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Experience in back office, customer support and customer processes (complaint management is an advantage)
- Confident use of MS Office and CRM/EDM systems
- Very good German language skills
- Analytical, structured way of working
- Organizational talent and reliability
- Confident demeanour, resilience, flexibility, discretion and loyalty
- High self-motivation and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work according to our service hours
