Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in back office, customer support and customer processes (complaint management is an advantage)
  • Confident use of MS Office and CRM/EDM systems
  • Very good German language skills
  • Analytical, structured way of working
  • Organizational talent and reliability
  • Confident demeanour, resilience, flexibility, discretion and loyalty
  • High self-motivation and sense of responsibility
