About the role
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of the department
- Responsible for providing GIS data for the electricity, gas, water, street lighting and telecommunications sectors
- Management and coordination of requirements and developments for systems and processes, with a particular focus on GIS systems
- Ensuring and further developing the quality of documentation processes
- Strategic development of the department
- Creation of workflows, operating instructions, policies and documentation
- Collaboration with other departments and specialist units
Requirements
- Completed degree in surveying, geoinformatics, geodesy or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the operation, project execution or documentation of utility infrastructure
- Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, norms and standards
- Willingness to perform the duties of the Technical Specialist for Network Documentation
- Experience in leading and supervising staff
- Decisiveness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driving licence (Class B)
