About the role

  • Telephone and written customer support on topics such as grid usage agreements, heat pumps, PV systems, wallboxes and feed‑in
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints with a strong service orientation
  • Escalating complex cases to specialist departments and closely coordinating to find solutions
  • Acting as a communication interface between internal departments and external partners, including administrative tasks
  • Contributing to projects aimed at process optimization

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in customer support and new-customer processes, ideally with a background in the energy sector
  • Proficient in MS Office and very good command of German
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with coordination abilities
  • High service orientation, self-responsibility and team spirit, complemented by resilience, discretion and an entrepreneurial mindset
