- Drive growth and profitability in the Bulk & Aggregate category through strategic initiatives in Sales & Marketing, Sourcing & Vendor Relations, Logistics & Inventory Management, Training & Education, and Business Development.
- Collaborate closely with field teams, procurement, and marketing to scale the category nationally while maintaining local market responsiveness.
Requirements
- +5 years in aggregate industry required
- Proven experience in category management, sourcing, or logistics
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills.
- Ability to influence and gain buy-in from cross-functional teams.
- Excellent virtual and remote communication skills.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%.
