About the role

  • Execute strategies to acquire new customers and reactivate inactive accounts.
  • Support branches and sales teams in achieving sales objectives.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process.
  • Submit detailed activity logs daily through our CRM system.
  • Adopt and master company tools, technology, and processes.
  • Participate in professional development programs, including Ewing University and AA-ISP certification.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Inside sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Industry or product knowledge is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
