About the role

  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships and actively acquire new customers within the defined target market.
  • Advise and support our customers — from initial inquiry and the quotation phase through to order processing.
  • Review, create, and schedule customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain customer activities and master data in the ERP system.
  • Work closely with sales management, customer service, internal engineering and related departments.
  • Develop customer-specific solutions together with the technical team.
  • Take responsibility for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory, including regular reporting.
  • Prepare, conduct and follow up customer visits and document outcomes.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and support product launches in the target market.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training with technical understanding or technical training with commercial experience.
  • Several years of experience in selling consultative, technically complex products, ideally in PCBs or electronics.
  • Good knowledge of PCB technology and manufacturing as well as experience in data or production preparation is an advantage.
  • Confident use of MS Office and common ERP systems.
  • Good written and spoken English for daily communication.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-oriented manner.
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and a feel for successful consulting and sales.
  • Structured, goal-oriented and independent working style.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20–30%) for customer visits and trade show appearances.
  • Team spirit, openness and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Motivation to contribute your own ideas and actively help shape our company.
