About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Bring the Evry Health brand to life across every surface our members, brokers, and partners encounter
- Serve as the primary creative production resource for all campaigns, communications, and member-facing materials
- Support design needs across Sales, Clinical, and Operations
- Create visuals that help people quickly scan and understand information
- Craft polished sales decks and animate micro-interactions for mobile onboarding flows
- Hand off production-ready assets directly to the engineering team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of professional graphic and/or motion design experience with a strong portfolio
- Understanding of visual hierarchy and how people scan and process information in various formats (mobile, web, presentations, etc.)
- Track record of creating clear, effective visual experiences that convey complex information
- Hands-on experience producing Lottie animations (via After Effects + Bodymovin or Rive) for mobile or web
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, and Figma
- Working knowledge of Blender for 3D asset creation and motion support
- Experience designing marketing collateral across print, digital, and email formats
- Strong digital illustration skills — icons, UI elements, characters, and environmental art
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver against deadlines
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Executive, Clinical, Engineering, and Sales stakeholders
