About the role

  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → optimization
  • Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business and partner needs
  • Develop and improve LiveOps capabilities: promotions, personalization, loyalty, catalog management
  • Identify gaps in tooling, workflows, and automation to improve operational efficiency
  • Define and track KPIs: adoption, engagement, revenue impact
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Translate business and monetization needs into product requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, design, QA, and partner-facing teams
  • Align closely with marketing and sales on go-to-market and product positioning
  • Act as the main product owner and escalation point for LiveOps

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with LiveOps (mandatory)
  • Experience working on platforms / tools / B2B or B2C products (not games)
  • Proven track record of delivering features that improved retention, revenue, or engagement
  • Experience owning full product lifecycle in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong experience with product metrics, analytics, and experimentation
  • Ability to work closely with engineering on technical scope and trade-offs
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams
  • Fluent English
