About the role
- Create and implement training modules on sales processes, CRM systems, and enablement tools.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to develop training on new services, offerings, and value propositions.
- Build a structured onboarding program for new hires to accelerate readiness.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.
- Design and oversee training programs on core sales skills, negotiation strategies, and consultative selling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or commercial operations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
