About the role

  • Lead the design, delivery and execution of SAP FSM projects for customers, using best practices, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in presales activities with customers to support potential SAP opportunities
  • Provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work
  • Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for Field Service Management -specific business processes
  • Configure SAP FSM including Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, Workflow, Mobile App, Crowd Service, Checklists, and Analytics
  • Advise customers in best practices in Field Service, including scheduling optimization, mobile operations, SLAs, and technician enablement
  • Perform Functional Unit Testing for developed FRICEW objects and work with onshore and offshore developers to resolve defects
  • Deliver user training, solution demos, and change management support
  • Create solution documentation, functional specs, process maps, and configuration guides

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management or equivalent mobile/field service solutions
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FSM modules and components: Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, Mobile, Workflow, Analytics, and Master Data
  • Deep understanding of Field Service business processes (work order lifecycle, dispatching, asset management, service contracts, time entry)
  • Strong planning, management, problem solving, and leadership ability
  • Technical knowledge of REST APIs, OData, BTP Integration Suite, or CPI
  • Background in EAM-intensive industries (utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, public sector)
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical area preferred
  • Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) is a plus
