About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP RSH projects, ensuring on time, on budget execution and high customer satisfaction
- Participate in presales activities with customers to support for potential SAP opportunities and provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work
- Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for RSH business processes
- Support customers in the installation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management for Resource Scheduling to plan and dispatch maintenance tasks
- Work closely with customers to create schedules, simulate workloads, level capacity, and assign technicians based on skills and availability
- Develop training materials and guide users (planners, technicians) on RSH functionality
Requirements
- At least 5 years minimum experience in SAP EAM or related SAP modules
- At least 2 years minimum experience implementing SAP MRS or SAP RSH
- Functional knowledge of SAP PM including managing work orders, work centers, maintenance plans, and personnel numbers
- Familiarity with the IPSECA model and maintenance business processes
- In depth knowledge of maintenance industry best practices around planning, scheduling and dispatching
- Bachelor’s degree in technical area preferred
- Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) is a plus.
