About the role
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain the CRM with the highest data quality.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Work closely with marketing and sales.
- Prepare and follow up on client meetings.
- Create quotes and orders and track them through to successful delivery.
- Plan campaigns together with the marketing team.
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training with professional experience or a degree in IT or business/economics.
- Experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Confident user of HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Industry plus: SAP or IT experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in German and English for communication.
- Proficient with MS Office and web presentation tools.
