About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and manage automation request tasks for Developers, overseeing from creation to completion while continuously improving automation procedures and quality.
  • Interpret, verify, and analyse data to ensure conformity with established rules, standards, and formats.
  • Troubleshoot production and staging environment issues, taking ownership of technical escalations from team members and stakeholders.
  • Handle lead warnings, email thresholds, and lead disruption issues, escalating to management or internal teams as needed.
  • Generate and present reports (e.g. QA Feedback, Automation Reports) to support performance and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve lead concerns, misconfigurations, and distribution issues via Salesforce.
  • Review and update process rules and documentation, including training materials and online portals.
  • Conduct QA sessions and handle Daily, Weekly, and Monthly QA reports.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members, including providing new hire assessments.
  • Provide on-call and backup support for the Team Manager as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in data analysis, capture, and processing.
  • Experience creating automation requests and working with developers to improve data output.
  • Experience in automation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret, verify, and analyse data ensuring conformity with set rules and standards.
  • Experience managing QA processes and conducting Daily Data Reviews.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability over assigned tasks and projects.
  • Experience in process documentation and maintaining procedural materials.
  • DVS experience preferred.
