About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximise client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects in South Africa and Africa.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key automotive clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Analyse market trends and client feedback to inform product development and innovation.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling of additional services.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 8 years’ B2B sales experience in automotive industry.
  • Experience of using AI in Sales to enhance your sales functionality & capability.
  • A proven track record of existing business sales in a technology solution sales environment.
  • Professional structured sales approach incorporating Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling and Closing Techniques.
  • Ability to develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to analyse client data and market trends.
