About the role
- Responsible for executing tasks associated with installation of packages/completing the quote work that Keyloop's customers have requested in a timely and professional manner according to planned deadlines with quality.
- To install and configure additional packages as customers purchase it.
- Keep the team leader informed of any obstacles and provide status of completed work.
- Take a customer-centric approach - Solve customers' business problems ensuring they receive the added value of the product.
- Train, advise and support clients as necessary.
Requirements
- Fresher/experience in implementation/configuration
- Preferred any implementation experience for 2 years and above.
- BTECH or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science
